Eine absolut einfache Methode, eine BLÜTE AUS SCHLEIFENBAND zu machen

An absolutely astonishing way to make a flower out of ribbon:

Du findest hier eine Anleitung für die Arbeit mit Schleifenband, das mit Draht verstärkt ist. Man kann erstaunlich viele Ideen mit diesem Band entwickeln. Daher stelle ich im Laufe der Zeit immer wieder neue Tipps hierzu vor  / Here you’ll find a tutorial for working with ribbon, which is reinforced with wire. You can develop a lot of ideas with this amazing band. Therefore I´ll present always new tips about it…

Du brauchst Schleifenband mit Drahtkante / You need ribbon with wire edge.

z.B. Satinband mit Draht / satin ribbon with wire

Du schneidest ein Stück von ~ 40 – 80 cm ab. Je länger das Band ist, umso üppiger wird die Blüte / You cut a piece of ~ 16 – 31 inch. The longer the ribbon, the more abundant is the flower.

Ziehe an einer Seite vorsichtig den dünnen Draht etwas heraus und mache an der Kante des Bandes einen Knoten / Pull gently the thin wire out on one side and make a knot at the edge of the ribbon.

Dann zieh an der anderen Seite diesen (!) Draht vorsichtig heraus und schiebe dabei das Band zur Seite mit dem Knoten, bis es dicht zusammengedrückt ist. Schiebst Du lockerer, dann wird die Blüte größer / Then put on the other side of this (!) wire carefully out and shove it to the side where you made the knot until the ribbon is pressed together tightly. If you shove looser, the flower becomes larger.

Dann mach auch an diesem Ende einen Knoten in den Draht / Then do well at this end a knot in the wire.

Nimm den Anfang des Bandes und drehe nach und nach das ganze Band um diese Mitte – dabei muss der Draht vom Anfang immer in der Mitte der Blüte bleiben und nach unten hängen / Take the beginning of the tape and turn by and by the whole band around this center – hereby the wire from the beginning must always remain in the center of the flower and hang down.

Je fester man zusammendreht, umso schmaler wird die Blüte (z.B. eine Knospe) / The harder you rotate together, the narrower the flower is (like a bud).

Wenn das Band komplett zusammengedreht ist, nimmst Du beide Drahtenden und verdrehst sie fest. Du kannst dann die Blütenform noch verändern –  z.B. offener, geschlossener / If the ribbon is completely twisted, take both wire ends and twist them. Then you can still change the flower shape – more open or closed.

Am besten, Du fixierst die untere Öffnung der Blüte mit ausreichend Heißkleber und drückst sie  – noch heiß – auf eine Metallunterlage (z.B. ein Backblech). So härtet der Kleber sofort und die Blüte kann stabil vom Metall abgezogen werden / It will be very helpful to lock the lower opening of the flower with enough hot glue while pressing it – still hot – on a metal surface (for example  a baking sheet). Thus, the adhesive hardens immediately and the flower can be stably removed from the metal.

Nach einigen Versuchen bekommst Du schnell Routine und kannst mit diversen Bändern, Größen und Formen spielen! / After a few attempts you can get fast and routine with various bands, sizes and shapes to play!

noch etwas zupfen – fertig! / just pluck a bit – done!

Last but not least – hebe Dir den feinen Draht auf, den kannst Du noch für viele andere Projekte nutzen! /  keep the fine wire, which you can still use for many other projects!
